About The Crossover

Meet the founders of The Crossover.

Hudson, New Hampshire

The Crossover is a fitness community in Hudson, NH built around strength, movement, and mindful living. Our goal is to create a place where people can train with purpose, grow with support, and find a path that fits their life.

Co-owners David and Nadia bring a shared commitment to coaching with intention. David is a CrossFit Level 2 Coach, ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, and yoga teacher. Nadia is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and yoga teacher known for her supportive, balanced approach.

Together, they created The Crossover to offer more than just workouts. The gym is designed to support real progress through CrossFit, strength training, yoga, FlowFit, personal training, and a welcoming community that helps people stay consistent and connected.

Outside the gym, they spend time with their dogs, Louie and Bo, who are part of The Crossover family and part of the fun, personal spirit behind the space.
